Room was cold was snow in our room pubic hairs all over in the bed just gross. The was pubic hair in tub and full of dirty scrum on bath surround also your cleaning crew needs a refresher course gross. There were no hand towels no facecloths only 2 towels in bathroom even though we booked for 3 persons. Will never stay there again.

Good location, staff were professional and courteous. Breakfast was hot and well prepared. Room was big, clean and comfortable However i was given a room on the second floor, and there is no elevator. Had to carry 2 bags upstairs. Was not offered assistance.

So far so good. Check-in was pretty smooth, the agent was really nice and accomodating to my requests. The room was okay, I had plenty of space but an odd view (not complaining). Housekeeping was super friendly.

A comfortable place to stay right off of Highway 400. plenty of parking and comfortable rooms. The rooms are large and well furnished. The carpets are old and fraying but it is a nice place to stay. Week day rates are decently priced. A free breakfast to get you going in the mornings.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights to do some winter sport activities. It is conveniently located right of the highway. The rooms look more than updated. The beds and bedding are comfortable nice white and soft towels. The breakfast is amazing lots of variety. We had a great time. Only one thing we stayed two nights and had to ask for room cleaning which I presumed is just common sense to be done. Would definitely stay there again.
