Quiet room. Lots of parking. Friendly, helpful staff. Some updates to the room, but bathroom still somewhat dated. Brownish water when the shower started, but cleared quickly. Lots of hot water.

Tv didn't work, no soundproofing in rooms (noises from hallway all night), breakfast wouldn't open a bit earlier for guests even when all similar hotels in Barrie granted that request, pool was closed during "open" hours for no reason+staff didn't know why), and charged a large amount for 3 hour later checkout.
