Spacious two-room apartment immersed in tranquility, with beautiful mountain views and two large balconies, ideal for families, couples or friends who want to relax and discover Valsassina and Lake Como. The apartment is located in the quiet area of Coldogna, in Barzio, on the first floor of a residential complex with elevator, in a private location but at the same time a few steps from the town center.
The house consists of a bright living area with living and dining area, equipped with a comfortable sofa and TV, perfect for relaxing after a day outdoors. The kitchen is located in a separate room, is functional and equipped with everything you need to cook during your stay. The bedroom has a double bed and a bunk bed, allowing the apartment to accommodate up to 4 people. For those who prefer to sleep in separate rooms, it is also possible to use the sofa bed in the living room.
The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, toilet, bidet, sink and washing machine.
One of the strengths of the house are its two pleasant balconies with mountain views. The first, accessible from the living room and kitchen, has a small table and is the ideal place to enjoy outdoor coffee. The second, accessible directly from the bedroom, is perfect for relaxing in the sun with two comfortable seats and enjoying the tranquility of the area.
Guests can park inside the private condominium area. There is no assigned parking space, so during busy periods parking is subject to availability; however, there are many free public parking lots nearby. The location is also very convenient for those traveling by car: the driveway is located on Via Coldogna, near the exit of the town, avoiding the narrowest streets of the historic center. The advantage is that there is also a pedestrian exit on the provincial road: crossing it, you can reach the town center directly in a few minutes.
Barzio is one of the main villages in Valsassina, an area loved for nature, fresh air and outdoor activities all year round. In summer it offers wonderful trails for trekking, walking and mountain biking, while in winter it is an ideal base for reaching the Piani di Bobbio ski resorts. In addition, Lake Como is about 20—30 minutes away by car, allowing you to alternate the tranquility of the mountains with the visit of characteristic lakeside villages such as Varenna, Bellagio and Mandello del Lario.
