One flat is located on the ground floor with a large terrace and the other below in the basement. The two flats can be rented together for a maximum of 8 people with 2 parking spaces. These flats are ideal for a larger family, grandparents, children, grandchildren, because everyone has their own space. Both flats look the same and are equipped with all appliances (crockery, cooking utensils, washing machine, tumble dryer, TV, furniture, bed linen, free SAT TV and WIFI). Each flat consists of a hallway (entrance), kitchen with dining room, living room, bedroom and bathroom. The flats are located in a beautiful and quiet part of Baška. Baška is a small but beautiful place with a lovely pebble beach along the town centre. There are numerous restaurants, cafés, shops and hotels on the beach. It is suitable for family holidays, couples and pensioners. The beach is phenomenal for children because there are many and varied contents. In addition, children can swim thoughtlessly in the shallow water.

It is 300 metres from the property to the beach and 250 metres to the centre. The nearest grocery shop is 250 metres from the holiday property. The surrounding restaurant is 250 metres away.
