Your holiday house consists of 3 floors, 3 rooms (from which 2 bedrooms), is 65 sqm and can accommodate up to 6 persons. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. The entrance leads over an external stair. The rooms are divided as follows:
1st floor: Living room with 2 additional beds at couch/sofa, dinette and TV. Kitchenette in the living room with gas stove and refrigerator.
2nd floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed. Bathroom with shower and WC.
3rd floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed. You have access to the 4 sqm balcony.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.


Location
Baška. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Parking (for 1 car) is available in a parking lot in the village (distance 300 m). (free of charge)
