Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Turn off all lights, heaters, and fans.
Return marina gate card to welcome book. REMINDER: A $250 fee applies for missing marina gate cards so please make sure to return that.
Lock all doors and windows. To lock the main doors when you leave, press the “schlage button” turn the locking mechanism to the left until the deadbolt is secured.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

My multi generation family of 10 stayed here for 4 days. Everything was perfect. The kids had their area downstairs and the adults had a quiet zone upstairs. The views of the lake were perfect. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed, including spices and oil. It was a little cold and rainy, but we will definitely stay again when the weather warms up. I also had our dog, she really liked laying on the deck and watching the kids run around on the property below. Plenty of yard space for her and the kids. We had a great Spring Break. Thank you.
