The room was nice. However, the refridgerator did not work. Even after being replaced. My food spoiled. If were to use some of the cupbaord space with a little bigger WORKING refridegerator and a hot plate, the rating would be excellent. Also, outer part of building need pajnt job and chair on patio needs replacing. My clothes were stained from chairs.

Staff was very nice and our upgraded ocean front, king suite was fantastic! Room was clean and had views of both the golf course and the Atlantic Ocean from the corner unit on the 5th floor. The AC was a bit difficult to get to regulate the temperature properly and the smoke detector kept going off. While there was a refrigerator and sink, there was no microwave (one available in shop by front desk) and to fill the ice bucket, one had to go down and give it to the desk and have it delivered to room (no ice machines available to customers). There was no bar/hand soap available in the two bathrooms. The free shuttle service runs once per day and takes you to one of three beaches and is a godsend as the hotel is located on the rough Atlantic side and away from any stores or commercial establishments within walking distance. The drivers were great and offered information about the island and would stop briefly for grocery shopping or photos. Great guys!! The beach in front of the hotel is narrow and for the most part unusable. The beach in front of the beautiful golf course is littered with debris and dead sea grass.

First I must say the staffs are so nice the way they welcome visitors I wasn’t sure about where to stay I was going for a funeral I was worried but I must say I give them 10/10 the only problems was the room to the hotel bad that’s not there fault but the front desk to the pool everyone was great I call and in minutes they arrived. Secondly Ms Stephanie she is at the front desk I could send out calls and the fact she help me to get to my rental company I regret not traveling with cash cause people like her I would sure tip big thanks again Ms Stephanie

The AC didn't work well and wasn't fixed even though we asked. The door battery died on us and few little more hiccups. The internet in the hotel is truly the worst. You had to manually log in every half an hour or so because the internet will kick you out. And when it was working the speed was too slow to open some apps on the phone. The restaurant in the hotel is your only option around and it will cost you! If you drink coffee a shot of espresso will cost you $6.20 usd. The beach is too rough to swim because it's on the Atlantic side but they do provide free 10 minutes shuttle to a beach on the Caribbean side of the island. Also the pool is typically windy but it is beautiful. The staff was super nice and helpful. The view from the every room balcony is gorgeous.

Quiet and relaxing stay.

Great location away from the noise of the port. A bit difficult to find. Amazing staff and friendly service. The food was 5*****. Rachel at the bar is a great person with local knowledge.
