Lovely family time at the resort. The check in process was smooth and they allowed us to do so early as well, which was appreciated as we were travelling with an infant. Serenity and spacious environment

Even though Holiday Inn Batam Resort is located outskirt from the city, we were impressed with the serenity and spacious environment; whether indoor or outdoor. Unfortunately, daily room cleaning was missing during our stay. Morning breakfast is excellent.
