Hotel Needs a Deep Cleaning

Like other reviews have touched on… this hotel needs a deep cleaning. The first impression getting on a dirty elevator is not a great way to start your stay.

Our stay was okay but surprised no hair dryer or toiletries in room. The receptionists were very pleasant & graciously let us put some ice packs in a downstairs freezer for the night.

Room 104, strong chemical smell when we walked in. Maybe rug or upholstery cleaner. Bathroom fan was literally seized up. Loud squeal when turned on. Couch had 3 noticeable stains on it. Staff were efficient and pleasant to deal with.

Hotel itself was just fine. But being woken up at 5:30 each morning to slamming doors and people stomping upstairs was not what I expected. Also stomping at 11 at night was annoying when we were trying to sleep. Doors are all loud. Breakfast was good the first day, second day we ate elsewhere. Pool was nice for the kids. No hot tub as pictured on their site. Disappointing for the adults. Overall, I would stay again on the top floor and as far away from other people as possible.
