You can have all the privacy you desire, but please note guests below you may hear your walking and movements.

Didn’t need direct communication with property owner because everything was accurately explained in the welcome email. Conveniently located near Supermarket (Krogers-3 blocks away, walkable). Very clean and comfortable apartment. Walmart about 5 min via car. Overall if my wife was comfortable and she was, then I am happy.
