About this space
This charming cottage is ideally located in the popular Larkhall neighborhood of Bath, with its local independent grocery shops and cafes. A short taxi/bus ride, or half-hour walk, will bring you into the city center where you'll find Bath's celebrated cultural and historical attractions, as well as an abundance of shops and fabulous bars and restaurants to unwind in. The other direction leads to the tranquil countryside with stunning walks to enjoy, such as the Cotswolds Way or along the canal.

The space
The beautifully presented interior is light and modern, with a bright open-plan living space downstairs, and a comfortable double-size bedroom upstairs. There is a further small single room with a camp bed, that can be made up on request perfect for a child, please inform us on booking, it can't be made up for a same day booking. The bathroom has a bath-shower attachment.

The property also benefits from having a small back patio.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
