Canceled my room ..said they called 3 times and they only showed me one time they called ..(dead zone) wasn’t even 12 and they cancele my room and gave to someone else (he said his manager told him to)…I was traveling from Monroe ,things happen had 3 blow outs on the way and they canceld my room before 12…I made it about 10 ..

Very underwhelmed

The gym was dirty and many things were broken or rusted. My bed sheets had stains on them. The towels were incredibly damp and the room smelled like mildew. One of the exterior side doors key card scanner was broken, meaning the door was consistently unlocked. The continental breakfast had the most limited options that I’ve seen at any hotel and was not replenished when an item was out even if there were hours left of breakfast.
