This was one of the worst hotels I’m ever staying at. It was nasty water leaking from the ceiling. Most of the stuff at breakfast didn’t work just all in all that was a bad experience.

This place is a roach motel… that is a compliment. The place has roaches and my bathroom was filthy and when I told the staff they did not care. I asked to be moved because the censor or something was broken on the ac and it wasn’t working… when I told the stairs I had to request like 4 times to get moved when they did move me it was to another room and the WHOLE AIR CONDITIONER WAS OUT OF THE WALL ON THE GROUND… I could hear RATS IN THE WALLS AND SCURRING IN THE CEILING so I just went back to my room I’m out of town and I’m not driving so I didn’t have no choice but to stay… then to top it all off they took 65 dollars out of my account in the middle of the night and told me it couldn’t be refund until I left!!! When I already had paid for my room in FULL before I came I WILL NEVER STAY AT A WYNDAM HOTEL EVER this was the worst experience I’m in tears because I had to spend money on food I really couldn’t spend. And they did NOT CARE AT ALL I just want my money back so I can never see Laquinta or anything that has anything to do with WYNDAM again this building needs to be condemned

That's a nasty place to go has mold in the room and have patched up walls. We was told we was too loud just by talking keep in mind paper thin walls and here it was they had children running around and prostitutes in and out the side door plus the towels they gave was tore I'll never stay there ever again to save my life

old & outdated desperate need of upgrades

Large round Trash can and vacuum cleaners stored at end of hallway, cleaning equip. shouldn't be sitting at the end of the hallway. Should be stored in a closet. Foul stench in hallway, at first I thought it was the trash bags that was sitting in the hallway when I arrived but then the trash bags were removed and the stench was still there. The first room I arrived in had not been cleaned and the bed was still in a shambles. I asked housekeeping had the room been cleaned and she said to go back to desk. I then went back to the front desk to request another room the second room that I was given the bed mattress was sunken in in the center of the bed, the bathroom toilet seat was broken, then the door on the cabinet that's hiding the fridge was also broken off, terrible smell maybe from cigarettes and the ac wasn't blowing cold air. The third room was finally decent enough for me to only sleep there at night! But there was water damage on the ceiling in the bathroom the door had looked to be torn apart and then it was attempted to be taped together, the door sweep at the bottom of the door was old and cracked up definitely wouldn't keep out outside smells or anything. All of the rooms i went in was very outdated, and had an old smell to them. Saturday morning i was woke up by housekeeping at 9am!! Totally unacceptable especially since check out time isn't til 11am and i don't check out until Sunday morning! I can't see how this is a Wyndham property! More like a motel, wont re

Was really unclean inside the walls and tub was gross. Immediately saw a bug when walking in and the lights in my room didn’t work. I just felt so dirty in there please just save your money or spend the extra and get a better place. The housekeepers were extremely loud and started knocking and yelling down the hallway at 9 am which felt way too early. They knocked on our door 4 times even after I said no thank you and we just heard them yelling outside the door until we left I was not able to go back to sleep because of the noise outside.

Well. This was an experience. If you love the smell of black mold combined with a wet ash tray, this is the spot for you. If you’d also like a “calming” rain sound that’s actually raining in your bathroom while the people above you shower, you should totally book a room for yourself. When I told the front desk that our room smelled like a dive bar she offered us some “febreze at no charge” and she couldn’t do anything about the smell. I’ve stayed in some nasty places before, but this one takes the cake. WORST hotel I’ve probably ever stayed at. There were stains in the hallway and room and I don’t even want to know where they came from or how they got to be there. Just do yourself a favor and stay literally anywhere else.

When we arrived to our room, the musty smell hit us in the face, then our TV wasn't working, but I had to go to the front desk to report it, as the phone didn't work, either. Parts of the Bed were sticking out of the bottom, which could have caused an accident and I could have been shocked, as I reached up to see why the lamp wasn't working and realized that there was no bulb in it, but it was plugged in. Refigerator freezer was so iced over we had to dig to make room in it, the dryer was missing, and the towel bars were broken. Don't recommend.
