Had the room with hot tub and it looks way much better in the pictures but it's not bad but it could use some improvements. The overall room itself do need to have some updates done to it like the bathroom and the bed yeah has needs to be updated and they could do some remodeling around the building itself always elevated lobby yeah they need some serious upgrades.

One of the worst motel i've been

The staff wasn't really friendly. The water fountain was broken. Room wasn't clean and eveything was completely worned down (toilet, sinks and bathtub were dings and enamel was gone completely). The room door was crooked and let a lot of light from the hallway in the room. The lock was wobly and barely holding on the door (loose screws). AC control was broken (no way to change the temperature) so my 9yr-old son, who wanted to sleep by the windows had to sleep with me in the other bed on the other side of the room because it was too cold next to the AC. I regret that i havent taken any picture of it. I should have.

Loud people staying above us, would not be quiet. Called the front desk and they sent security to the upstairs room. Funny it seemed like security was in the room next to us. The pool is nothing like the pics. Bathroom is terrible and nothing was wiped off. I have pics and video!

The facility is extremely dirty from the time you enter, there are bugs in the units and a whole lot of drug use going on all over the building. The pictures are of just the start of the building

Terrible stay far away

A terrible experience it smelled bad they had roaches. It was just a mess. I would never recommend anyone stay there full of drug addicts.

You can hear everything from everywhere. The key didn’t work half the time; I had to come downstairs to get it fixed. The rooms were dirty; there were stains on the sheets, as well the towels in the restrooms, and there was no room service or cleaning crew. The hotel was an overall mess; I don’t recommend it for the price.

The pictures do not reflect the a true vision of the hotel. It really nerfs to be torn down. Our television didn’t work at all. We complained several times to no avail. I asked for compensation or either extended check out time and neither was given to the point when it was time to check out they came to the room to talk about it. We were already prepared to leave because I didn’t want any extra charges. The facility is dilapidated.
