Conveniently located just minutes from Interstate I-10, you'll find yourself 2.7 miles from the Mall of Louisiana and 5.4 miles from Blue Bayou Water Park. The property is also 9.4 miles from LSU, 10.3 miles from downtown Baton Rouge, and 17 miles from Southern University A & M. Additionally, you'll discover a diverse selection of restaurants in the area, all within a short 15-minute drive.
Although this house is nearly 55 years old and runs off of well water, we have taken the liberty of supplying a bottle water and a water dispenser for those who are not familiar with well water.
