it is a new hotel and staff is very helpful., I know from experience there is no perfect and the hot water issue I noticed is related to a flow valve a new building issue.. breakfast is simple but for the price I am surprised they offer breakfast I have stayed there twice on my way through town and likely will stay there again

Amazing stay!

It’s a few minutes walk from the city center. Which is what I prefer. Less noise and better sleep. Extremely clean hotel. Staff was very knowledgeable about the surrounding area. Everyone that works there never failed to greet all of the guests. The breakfast that was provided was amazing. A mixture of western food and khmer food, which my husband loves. Because he can eat all day. Overall, it’s perfect. I will be returning in a few days to stay here again.

Shiny and new but fairly average overall

Pros: very new hotel, everything in excellent condition, very clean. Cons: out from the city centre with limited dining options (though the beef noodle soup guy if you turn right out of the hotel does make great soup!); curtains are not blockout; some staff don’t have any English; often needed to be asked for items that had run out at the breakfast buffet (coffee, milk, sugar, spoons, it became quite comical). The hallways are quite barren and the sounds of groups arriving back late at night are very disruptive to those trying to sleep as it echoes.

First night we couldn’t sleep because another guests run back and forth with shouting. In the morning we told that problem to staff at the reception and they offer us to change the room. Overall, we like the service it was great and the room was nice.

Reception tres professionnelle. Formation necessaire aux jeunes cote restaurant mais toujours tres plaisant malgre les erreurs de commandes. Par rapport a la carte et coktails proposes il nya pas tout,cest peu dire. Faut en rire.
