Situated directly across the street from the Saginaw River, the apartment enjoys river views from the unit and is just steps from the Lafayette Street Bridge, making it easy to explore Downtown Bay City, the waterfront, restaurants, and local shops. Whether you’re in town for work, a weekend getaway, or an extended stay, the location offers both convenience and charm.

Inside, the apartment features two private bedrooms, including one with a king bed and one with a queen bed, providing comfortable sleeping arrangements for couples, families, or traveling professionals. The full bathroom includes a tub/shower combination, and the in-unit washer and dryer add everyday convenience.

The full-size kitchen with island is fully equipped for cooking, dining, or entertaining, while the open living and dining area is filled with natural light and designed for relaxing after a day along the river or downtown. Modern finishes throughout reflect the building’s complete renovation, while subtle nods to its past give the space a warm, authentic feel.

With this unit comes access to a year-round, outdoor shared hot tub at one of our neighboring properties, just one block away! Walk to it easily or drive over with plenty of parking.

Early check in and late check outs can often be accommodated with approval for a fee of $50/hr.

Late check out without approval will be billed at $1.00/minute.

Cleaning & Condition Policy
Standard Cleaning Included:
Your cleaning fee covers a standard turnover, including:
Used linens and towels
Light cleaning consistent with typical guest use
Excessive Cleaning:
Additional cleaning fees may be charged if the property is left in a condition requiring significantly more time or labor than a standard turnover.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Excessive trash or debris beyond normal use
Food, spills, or stains requiring intensive cleaning
Strong odors (including smoke)
Unapproved late checkout causing cleaning delays
Unwashed dishes requiring extensive time
Pet-related mess or damage (if applicable)
Additional Charges:
If excessive cleaning is required, charges will be requested through the platform after checkout and may include:
Additional labor time
Extra laundry loads
Specialized cleaning services
Damage Policy:
Guests are responsible for any damage, missing items, or excessive wear beyond normal use. Charges will be processed through the platform resolution system.
Agreement:
By booking, you agree to these terms and authorize additional charges if the property requires excessive cleaning or repairs beyond standard use.
