Das Gästehaus liegt exponiert, sehr ruhig am Ortsrand von Bayerisch Gmain, umgeben von einer grünen Wiese und einem Obstgarten, mit einmaligem Blick auf die Berge des Talkessels.
Die 90 qm große Ferienwohnung befindet sich im 1. Obergeschoß und ist nach O/S/W ausgerichtet. Sie besteht aus Küche, Wohnzimmer und drei separaten Schlafräumen. Außerdem sind in der Wohnung zwei Toiletten inkl. Dusche. Die Räume sind mit Steinboden, Korkparkett und Teppichböden ausgestattet. Dazu gehört ein großer Rundumbalkon mit freiem Blick auf Wiesen und Berge.

Excellent stay

An excellent trip to a very clean and well-appointed apartment. The hosts live next door and are lovely and very helpful. We went on holiday with two teenage children and found plenty of things to do in the area, from a visit to the Eagle's Nest, the salt mines, Salzburg and Lake Konigsee to name just a few. With a mountainous backdrop it is well worth a visit.

Schönes Urlaubsdomizil im Berchtesgadener Land

Sehr helle, große und saubere Ferienwohnung mit schönem Rundum-Balkon und freiem Blick. Nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Haben uns wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.
