Lower-level living area features a living room entertainment area with TV, wet bar with mini refrigerator, sliding doors to outdoor deck, washer & dryer, full bath, master bedroom suite with its own full bath and TV, 2nd bedroom with 2 twin beds, 3rd bedroom with 2 twin-on-twin bunk beds plus 1 twin-on-full bunk bed.

The upper-level has a large master bedroom suite complete with cathedral ceiling, king-size sleigh-bed, ceiling fan, TV and spacious private bath with dual sinks and oversized walk-in shower with dual seats. The open floor-plan features a beautiful fully-equipped modern kitchen that flows into a large dining room, living room entertainment area with remote-controlled fireplace, TV, and sliding doors to outdoor multi-level decks with BBQ grill and full complement of deck furnishings.

Enjoy the ocean views from the living room, dining room or decks. Great for entertaining!

Steps to beach or bay. Quiet residential area, yet close to all activities. There's a park directly behind the house with a modern playground, ball fields, basketball court and 6 pickleball courts.

A bike path directly outside our front door runs the entire length of the island. Bike rental shop nearby.

WiFi equipped! Surf the net when you're not surfing the waves:)

The driveway can handle 4-6 cars. Additional parking around the corner on Nelson Ave.

Bed linens and bath towels are not supplied but can be rented locally if needed. Owner can assist with this.

Beach chairs, beach umbrellas and other types of beach accessories can be purchased or rented next door at a small "beachy" type retail shop called The Boardwalk. They also rent bikes as well as sell ice cream, beachwear, t-shirts, candy, soda, etc. The owners, Bev and Bill, are a wealth of local info if you want tips on casual or fine dining, shopping, boating, fishing, entertainment, kid-friendly fun things to do, etc..

We could not have had a better stay! The hosts were helpful, communicative, and so kind from the start. The house is beautiful, and was very clean. It’s in an amazing location being across the street from the beach, and our group loved the many decks to hang out on. The sunset views from the roof deck are unbeatable! The house is very close to main Beach Haven attractions too, just a couple minutes drive or a short walk. We loved having ice cream next door too. If you’re coming to Beach Haven, this is the place to stay!

We had a wonderful stay! The location was absolutely fantastic — close to everything we needed and perfect for exploring the area. The house was spotless, very comfortable, and had everything we could ask for. Working with Rich and Donna was a pleasure as well; they were friendly, responsive, and made everything easy. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Great space for extended family. Playground and park right behind the house were nice for the kids to get out for some fresh air. We were there over new years, so it was quite cold. Hope to be able to visit again with warmer weather. Owners were quick to answer any questions we had and gave advice for renting linens. Overall nice owners, great place a seamless get away.

Wonderful family LBI trip

This proprty is just as described. Clean and owners are very easy to work with. Lots of room for our large family vacation. Only short drive to Fantasy Island and Bay Village shopping. Best part is very short one block walk to the beach.

Rich & Donna are fabulous hosts. They were so commutative and accommodating for our group. The house was very clean and in the perfect location being across the street from the beach. Short Stay for wedding

We stayed two nights for our son’s wedding. This worked much better than a hotel as we had various family members with us. This is a very comfortable large home with an ocean view and great decks for warm weather. It would be great for a summer week. Plenty of space for lots of people.

Pleasant host, pleasant stay, pleasant property

Rich was very responsive and easy to work with. The property met our expectations in every way. Was just as the pictures led us to believe. We were only there a short time, it was the off season, and it poured rain for most of our visit, so we didn’t get to enjoy the decks or take in much of the scenery, but our stay was comfortable and the location very convenient.
