Overpriced . Food in Tai restaurant was poor bad service and very overpriced . Pool was freezing and jacuzzi didn’t work. All the buttons were broken.I wouldn’t recommend it I’m Afraid

Unfortunately was given the same room as I was in when I previously stayed and as they was fully booked couldn’t be moved to another room The bathroom tap barely lets out any water in order to wash your hands Was given more options a kettle this time compared to last time and some toys which was not offered last time I stayed either so as it was nice was a let down as it was the same room and the facilities was less able to be used

Room was very Dark with no way of lighting it up, Lack of plug sockets in the room, Shower was not great at all! Could hear music from the restaurant till 12am so sleep wasn’t great! For the price we paid would expect more! Saying that staff was lovely and the room was very nice

Pleasant stay but wont rush back

Plwasant stay, found the layout a bit odd as we stayed accross the road from the rest of the hotel, room wasnt particularly clean and was very dark, although we understand thats the theme, it made it quite difficult getting ready (not much light to do make up etc) and was worried if we lost aomethinf wed never find it again in the dark! I dont think it was great value for money but one real positive was the staff were amazinf so friendly and helpful

Had to run around for 15 mins trying to find out why the water was cold. Only to find out I needed to turn the heater on from a cupboard hiding in the corner. Also the phone was hanging from the wire. No ventilation so was really warm. However food was first Class. Along with the service.

Beautiful hotel, the beds are very comfortable, loved the copper bath. Staff very friendly and helpful. Only thing is they need more lighting in the rooms
