Summer cottage only 2 minute walk from quiet sandy beach in the community of Pointe à Bouleau, Grand Barachois (Beaubassin-East).

The cottage has 3 good size bedrooms, large living room, kitchen with all the amenities, washing machine and dryer. Large yard with BBQ and fire pit to relax in the evening. Walking trail is located behind the cottage The cottage is a few minutes drive from grocery store, NB Liquor agency and a pizza shop. It is located 10 minutes from the town of Shediac and 20 minutes from the city of Moncton.

Please note there are no parties and no smoking in the cottage.

During your stay at this cottage, you'll be close to Parlee Beach Provincial Park. Laundry facilities are available. The cottage includes amenities such as a fridge and a microwave.
