Welcome to King Street Cottage, a restored Freedman’s cottage on the Beaufort Historic Registry. Blending historic charm with modern amenities, it features heart pine floors, shiplap walls, and a curated library. The master bedroom has a king bed and ensuite; the guest room offers a queen bed and private bath. The fully equipped kitchen includes marble counters and a coffee bar. Relax on the porch swings or walk to historic downtown, Waterfront Park, and the Spanish Moss Trail.

Our charming 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home, features a fully equipped kitchen for all your culinary needs and a cozy living room perfect for relaxation. Enjoy your morning coffee on the spacious front porch and unwind in the evening on the serene back porch.

The King Street Cottage is a beautiful home in a very desirable part of Beaufort. The location is within convenient walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants, and the waterfront. The cottage floor plan and high ceilings provide a sense of space and comfort that is unusual in a two bedroom cottage. It is also very well appointed, in a manner that you only see from someone who understands what it means to be a gracious host. We had a wonderful visit! Our family enjoyed our stay at King Street Cottage so much! The level of hospitality far exceeds any place I have ever stayed. The kitchen is fully stocked with all your cooking needs, the beds are comfortable, it’s spotless, and they even have adorable custom bottles of soaps and lotions in each bathroom. Great family trip!

We had the best trip at King Street Cottage! It is beautiful, clean, cozy, and well stocked. No detail was overlooked from the supplies in the kitchen to the toiletries in the bathrooms.
