An hour from Nantes, in the heart of the lush Mauges countryside, this detached cottage is located on the ground floor of a farmhouse on a poultry farm.

The cottage boasts the advantage of being centrally located to many tourist attractions: the Parc Oriental de Maulévrier (Europe's largest Japanese garden), 25 minutes away; the Camifolia Garden in Chemillé, Anjou (10 minutes); the Layon Valley and its vineyards (25 minutes); the Doué-la-Fontaine Biopark and its troglodyte dwellings; Clisson and Puy du Fou (40 minutes); and more.

Entirely on one level, the cottage has a separate entrance and opens onto a living room with exposed stonework and beams. The lounge area includes a sofa, armchairs, and a television. The open-plan, fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, etc.) offers a table and chairs for dining. A hallway leads to the sleeping area: two bedrooms overlooking the terrace (one with a 140x190cm double bed and the other with three 90x200cm modular beds). A shower room with a walk-in shower, double sink, washing machine, and separate toilet (one small step leads to the shower room).

Outside, you'll enjoy a large terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue for sunny days. Fishing enthusiasts will have access to a private pond 100m from the cottage.

The owners, who live on the upper floor of the farmhouse, welcome you for a stay with family, friends, or your four-legged friend.
