Excellent!

From start to finish an excellent stay. Plenty of parking, a warm and friendly greeting on arrival at Reception. The room was superb and spotless with a very nice adjoining bathroom with shower. The bar was very well staffed and stocked with good red wine. Nothing not to like. Would definitely stay again. Thank you 🙂

This was my second visit to Mitchell Hall, really enjoyed it. It's no fuss but perfectly comfortable and clean. I took off one star this time as the hot water took more than 5 mins to kick in this morning, but didn't experience this last time, so maybe just a one off issue.

Staff were very polite. Outside areas very tidy. Could do with more direction signs from the A421. The bedroom I was in had a really damp smell and I had to sleep with the window open on the ground floor. Also there was a hole in the duvet cover.

The staff were amazing anything wasn’t any problem, the room was spotless but at times especially in the evening the rooms aren’t insulated, could here there tv and talking using the toilet and wardrobe to the early hours on our second night.. the shower was a good size, the breakfast choice was brilliant couldn’t fault that at all will go there again
