At the entrance of the apartment we find a double room with a matrimonial bed and a bathroom with a shower, a dining room with a fully equipped open kitchen and direct access to the terrace with spectacular views of the sea. The terrace is equipped with a table, 6 chairs and a parasol, ideal for family meals. On the upper floor is the living room with access to a terrace with views, a double suite-type room with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower.
Outside is the pool, with sun loungers, pool chairs and a small table. An area with an Argentine barbecue and a laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron and a bathroom with shower; all of it communal.
There are stairs to access the apartment.
It does not have parking. You can park on the street without problem.
