This beautiful house with tower is located about 3 km from the center of Begur and 5 km from Aiguablava.
This beautiful new house with a round tower is located in a quiet urbanization 3 km from the center.
Located in the quiet Begur residential complex, just 3 km from the beaches of Aiguablava and Tamariu.
The large lounge which is partly in the tower, has access to a large terrace with garden furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped. At the top of the tower, there is the en-suite bedroom with full bathroom and a small terrace with table and chairs. On the ground floor there are 3 double bedrooms and a bathroom.
The house also has a garage and parking for another car. The private 8 x 4 meter pool is in the garden at the back of the property. On the same level as the pool there is a large room equipped as a gym with various machines, there is also a bar, a fridge and a blu ray music player. It also has a large bathroom with shower. There are sun loungers on the pool terrace and in the garden there is a porch with a table and benches for eating.
The ideal house for families with athletes!
