The food was excellent. The staff members were very personable and efficient. Rooms and facilities are ample, the Gym was ideal. It is a terrific location! The rates are really competitive. I'd highly recommend a stay at this location.

Very good service and warm greetings in both the reception and restaurant. Staff are very kind and willing to provide help especially Alanna, who was so initiative to provide help when we were in a rush back to the hotel under a heavy rain before heading to get the express coach to Dublin. Very good place to stay in Belfast. The hotel is clean and modern. The room was on the small side for a family of 4 and the pull out bed for the teenagers wasnt the best. The staff were fantastic and the breakfast was excellent.
