Staff were pleasant but it did not seem as welcoming as last time.The room did'nt have any of the extras I enjoyed the last time like games and a welcome note etc.The breakfast was ok but last year I went there was salmon and this year there was cubed ham and cheese.The breakfast certainly was not worth £18. The tea and coffee station in the room was a bit of a disappointment as there was no milk or bisuits as per last time.I would suggest that they'd include a tea towel and cloth in the wee kitchen part.Honestly,I loved it last year when I went .The extra wee bits added made all the difference.This year I was disappointed. tthewwee a
