I have travelled quite a bit and this hotel has made it to the top 3 places that I have ever stayed. I actually can't think of any areas for improvement. The room was clean and cute. They have thoughtful touches like a pillow menu and a mini milk bottle you can fill downstairs for enjoying coffee or tea in your room. The bed was very comfortable and I enjoyed having a proper sitting to relax on. The location is incredibly walkable. On top of all of that, the staff are exceptional. Every interaction with staff was friendly and extremely helpful. Was a highlight of my trip in Ireland. If you book, I highly suggest you sign up for their Homehotel Club before you arrive.

We had a great stay at room2 during our visit to Belfast. We were a party of 3 (2 adults and 1 7 month infant). They were able to let us check in early after a long overnight transatlantic flight + bus ride, which was very helpful as we were able to get the baby settled in with a nap. Our loft room was spacious and had ample room for a crib and storage. As a long term stay hotel, the rooms are equipped with a mini kitchen, complete with utensils. The hotel also has laundry facilities on the 2nd floor, albeit, a bit expensive (4 GBP to wash and 4 GBP to dry as of August 2025). The hotel is centrally located and a 2 minute walk to Belfast City Hall. We will certainly stay again if visiting Belfast in the future.

The Room 2 in Belfast was an incredible hotel. The rooms and hotel are so beautiful and the staff at the hotel were all so friendly! The rooms were spacious and well decorated and the location was unbeatable. There were tons of transport options nearby, it was close to City Hall where we went on a day tour, it was walkable to all the main Belfast attractions. I hope I can come back soon!

Really loved this hotel. Had a suite for 5 nights and took advantage of the kitchenette, the laundry (midpoint of our trip so clothes needed a refresh) and the comfort of having a separated living, dining and sleeping space. Especially liked the milk bottle in the room you could get refilled for your tea or coffee! Hotel was clean and well kept. Loved the modern, quirky decor and the eco friendly toiletries, recycling bins and organic materials used in the decor. The location was central to everything and steps from airport and train transit stops. Belfast is a very walkable city with an excellent transit system. Definitely recommend

Room2 is one of the best hotels in the area. The location is excellent. Everything is around you. Bus station is 10 mins walk. Decor is nice. Staff are friendly and helpful. One thing was not ok which is there were only 2 washer machines available in the facility and one of them is out of order.

Great eco-hotel in the heart of downtown Belfast. Walking distance to the bus station and to the city’s main attractions. We stayed in a room with a loft bed for our 10-year-old - he had a great time. Rooms have full kitchens and thoughtful messaging around conserving natural resources. A great find!
