I loved this hotel. Staff in the bar tended to be a bit vague on what was on offer and did not help us navigate the drink’s menu very well. Food was lovely although the dining room was a bit cold. None of these things would stop me from Going back!

Excellent position in city-close to transport. Right next to Grand Central Station. Staff all friendly and helpful. Dining room had some great options- all tasty and beautifully presented. Loved the knock on the door in the evening offering any room freshening that was needed and some delicious hand made chocolates to enjoy.

My wife and I loved the whole stay and experience at the hotel. We loved the extra effort for birthday treats for my wife. Room was spacious and clean. Staff were very friendly. Close proximity is a plus for us to go visit places by walking. The dine in food was really delicious, especially the salmon meal. The chicken options were halal which we greatly appreciated. The breakfast buffet we noticed was largely available as breakfast in room option. We were unable to stay for the live performance as there was no space. Important to note that you have to book some things in advance and the receptionists were able to help.

All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean and has a very spacious shower and soaking tub. The breakfast is fantastic! Best waffle I’ve ever had. The bar is lively especially on Saturday. Large selection of perfectly made drinks na there is a late evening menu. The location is wonderful. Only a few minute walk to Belfast Central station and some of the most popular pubs are within a 2-6 min walk. We would definitely stay here again.
