Until my stay here, I have never felt as valued or as important as a hotel customer. The staff are professional but down to earth. I wasnt spoken to well, out of obligation, but out of a sincere friendly desire to be helpful. The room was gorgeous. Bathroom was large and spotless. Despite looking down on the city by the opera house, we werent disturbed by noise. Looking to come back with friends and family in future. I had a lovely time, and I cant thank the staff enough

The room was enormous and had loads of extras that I wasn't expecting; a sofa, robe and slippers, umbrella to use during my stay, hot chocolate and biscuits in the tea and coffee making facilities, and there was even a box under the telly which had playing cards and mints and various other things I might need! The room was lovely and very clean and comfortable. I got a turn down service and chocolates on my pillow, which I wasn't expecting. The service was excellent, staff were very friendly and attentive. The bathroom had a separate bath and shower and a candle and matches by the bath! The only slight negative was that the TV was rather temperamental... the TV guide didn't work so I had to flick through each channel to see what was on, and one evening it didn't work at all. The phone casting also didn't seem to work. But that's a minor point compared to everything else.
