This place was absolutely horrible and nothing at all like it was advertised. Within 15 minutes of entering we scrambled to find somewhere else to stay. There were exposed wires all around the building, open hazards all around. The room was a disaster with crusted stains on every piece of bedding. The whole building is falling apart and should not be allowed to remain open, especially for the significant prices being asked.

The staff was friendly. But the hotel it self didn't meet expectation. Got transfer to another due to the door not working properly. Second room was dirty. They need to do better with the breakfast. who eat salad for breakfast. have some cereal, milk for this who does eat your food. will not stay in this place again.

No microwave, no cups and no remote control in the room. Pool area was nice but it was a bunch of beer bottles over the place. Pool view excellent and customer service at the desk was excellent out standing

Great hotel and great location. Easy to walk to stores, restaurants and roadside food stands. Amazing panoramic view on the rooftop, with nice 4ft pool and lots of seating. Complimentary breakfast was delicious every morning. Good lunch and dinner menus. Snacks, drinks and first aid items available for purchase in lobby. You can easily get a taxi or local bus to anywhere in the city.

Ended up staying here on short notice after flight was cancelled. Booking through Travelocity was very quick and they had the reservation in their system w/in 30 minutes of me booking. The staff was very nice and highly accommodating. The property in general could use some touch ups (e.g peeling wallpaper, rusting appliances, etc). Our room had two queen beds which was great, but there was barely any room left over to move around/ for luggage. Breakfast was included, which was nice, but noting special and often cold depending on if they've put out fresh stuff when you got there. Overall, it was a life saver due to the cancelled flight, but if you want something a little more comfy/ upscale this might not fit the bill. Area around didn't have much, but that's how belize seems to be. Is a short 10 min ride to the airport and water taxi ports. Again, staff was great.

Surely below 2 stars, the towels were grey not white and so old that they don’t dry, the pillows and mattress were extreme old an uncomfortable, the bathroom walls were glad transparent to the whole room with sheer dirty and flimsy curtains

Truly enjoyed the stay. The price was worth it. The food was so delicious. Reasonable price. Hotel staff was very nice abd helpful. What i wasnt to excited about bathroom door glass not being fully covered. Its cool if you come by yourself. All and all. Great place. Will truly be back

The staff was very helpful and they cleaned every day. The privacy of the bathroom was none existent the door was completely glass with a frosted area across the middle. The light above the sink did not work. The water barely got room temperature. This is not a property I would stay at again.

We were stuck in Belize City with a flight delay and there were no other hotels available in the city. The check in was fine and the staff were accommodating however the facility was very rundown. The room were small and not well equipped. The heavy rain leaked into the room and the halls flooding the floors. The small restaurant had a very limited menu and the food was adequate at best. This hotel is a only stay in if there is nowhere else type.
