Staff was not friendly except for the chefs in the kitchen. I think the best part of the stay was the friendliness one of the chef Mr. Ellis and the grounds keeper. Rooms cleaned every 2 days they stated. Not sure if cleaning means putting a fresh set of towels every two days but that what happened. When our towels were wet and we tried to exchange they stated they had no more towels and have to wait until room service. Cups for morning coffee was broken and overall staff was very unfriendly.
During checkout rather than ask how was our stay, the checkout person stated I heard that you used one of our towels to dust your rental car and we shouldn't have done that because they trying to keep the cost down! We are very low key family that doesn't cause any disturbance just trying to keep stuff clean. We did ask to borrow a car vacuum or any cleaning stuff but they stated they didn't have. The towel didn't even get dirty as it was used for light dusting but their focus is definitely not on customer service or quality.
