Excellent hotel! Marlon is so friendly and helpful and went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable. Love the welcome coconut bread gift and closed gate on the property for security.

The staff at The Palms are not just employees; they are magical beings dedicated to making your stay feel like a dream come true. Let’s talk about service! It was like having a personal concierge who anticipated our every need. Need assistance planning an adventure? Done! Looking for a ride to explore the local gems? Absolutely, right away! The seamless efficiency of the staff was nothing short of impressive, keeping us pampered throughout our stay. Now, the accommodations—oh my! The rooms were exquisitely designed, radiating a vibe that’s chic yet inviting. Waking up to the city views each morning felt like a scene out of a movie! And let's not forget about the culinary delight that turned our sweet tooth into a full-blown cake frenzy: the coconut cake! It was heavenly—fluffy, moist, and bursting with coconut goodness. I dare you to taste it and not dream about it for days! And just when you think it couldn't get any better, there’s a delightful little spot nearby called “Baked” that serves the most phenomenal coffee. Seriously, you’ll want to start every day with a cup of their brew in hand while soaking in the Belizean sun. The combination of The Palms and “Baked” created some of the most cherished moments of our trip.

The property itself is spacious, clean, and the staff are outstanding. One of my favorite places I've stayed in a while, and a great deal for the money. The neighborhood is a quiet residential neighborhood, and except for a breakfast cafe, there's not much within a short walking distance. Fortunately, the hotel is happy to arrange cabs for you.

The Palms is amazing. The rooms are very large and well appointed. Their driver is very courteous and nice. Martin is the nicest person we've me. He greeted us with a nice welcome, cooling towels for each of us, and his food recommendations were on point. The pool is refreshing and the room has everything you will need and is so quiet. If you don't mind being 30 minutes from the Airport, you can't go wrong staying here.
