Very new, but the maintenance is already off. Staff, especially the front desk, could not care any less about anything, which is fine this kind of "premium economic" hotel. Breakfast is the same very day only thing changing is bacon or sausage.

Room was clean, but over a three night stay there was no room service. Towels had to be requested each day. Breakfast was poor for persons wanting to eat healthy. No real oatmeal, only prepackaged quick oats with additives, and no fruit.
