Stayed at this hotel several times. Location is convenient for downtown and near the bus station. Nazarene, front desk, was very helpful and professional. The entire hotel staff is kind. I would recommend this hotel.

The staff was great, and the room was very clean. Breakfast every morning was fantastic. We did have a few issues with the bathroom and there is a charge to use the parking garage. Otherwise, our stay was wonderful!

I love the hotel, convenient to many shops and restaurants. Just don’t like the city streets because it’s not very safe and dirty and smell. I guessed you can’t expect much from any big cities. Breakfast is wonderful, lots of varieties of fruits, etc. Friendly staff and cleanliness

O hotel tem boa localização para quem quer ir no Mercado Central, Feira da Afonso Pena. A única coisa que me incomodou muito foi o barulho dos elevadores, pois meu quarto ficava perto. Aconselho pedir quarto longe dos elevadores. O café é bom, podia ter mais um pouco de variedade. É um bom custo-benefício.

Quarto, café e estrutura boas. A limitação do estacionamento é uma dificuldade, estacionamento conveniado mais perto fica a três quadras e tem valor bem salgado para a diária. Hotel está em reforma, mas isso não afeta diretamente a hospedagem, porém, específicamente no dia da hospedagem uma chuva muito forte inutilizou os elevadores, tivemos que subir vários andares de escada, passando por andares em manutenção, sem iluminação e com entulho próximo à escada.

O hotel é bem confortável e o café da manhã é muito bom. A unica coisa ruim é que o cheiro de esgoto dos bueiros de fora acaba entrando na recepção trazendo um cheiro desagradável. Mas como os quartos são nos andares de cima, isso não compromete a estadia. Os quartos são com ar condicionado e possuem frigobar. São bem confortáveis. Gostamos bastante!
