Fiquei decepcionado pois agendei um quarto com duas camas de solteiro conforme foto que me foi enviada e quando cheguei me mandaram para quarto com cama beliche, como não aceitei tive que pagar outro valor de estadia pra conseguir cama normal.

Estacionamento razoável, quartos simples, banheiro tinha indícios de limpeza mal feita, não tem local para colocar roupas, chuveiro não estava esquentando direito, dificuldade para falar na recepção, mas bom atendimento e café da manhã razoável

Infelizmente nao foi legal, vi algumas notas negativas e tentei relevar mas infelizmente s oferta nao e bem o que vemos nas fotos o quarto e minusculo estava precisando de reforma a agua quase nao saia o chuveiro muito quente nao me dava condicao de modificar o frigobar nao tinha nada ir ate a recepcao muito confuso o estacionamento uma bagunca a tv so pega poucos canais

Péssima experiência

Infelizmente nunca havia tido uma estadia tão ruim em um local. Quando cheguei, percebi que foi dada uma “maqueada” na limpeza do quarto. A roupa de cama e banho não tinha sido trocada, somente dobrada novamente. A toalha estava molhada e o tapete do banheiro também. O box estava sujo, e com restos de cabelo. No quarto e andar que fiquei o cheiro de mofo foi insuportável. Tanto que tive uma crise alérgica fortíssima nos dias que estive hospedada. Mesmo vendo a condição em que fiquei, e constatando o mofo, não atenderam meu pedido de realocação de quarto. Sei que pelo preço não podia esperar nada cinco estrelas, mas nem o custo benefício nesse caso é válido, pelo contrário… A estrutura é de muitas escadas e andares que se confundem. Parecem labirintos. No café da manhã, os alimentos não eram frescos. Enfim, conhecendo e já tendo me hospedado em vários locais em MG e pelo Brasil, esse é o último lugar que eu indicaria para alguém se hospedar.
