Parking was nearby, needed to ask front desk to open, however. Could have been streamlined. This area is great, in the heart of BH and close to attractions such as the Central Market, CCBB, and others. We arrived at night and felt very safe. The hotel itself is old and simple, and this was the negative highlight of our stay. Sheets were stained, the bed was hard and uncomfortable. The breakfast was poor. Overall a fair experience for the cost, but I would not stay there again.

surpresa e decepção

o hotel poderia ser uma opção muito importante no centro de Belo Horizonte, além de ser um prédio com estrutura antiga, porem o estado de conservação está muito decadente. Aguardamos por quase 2 horas o chek-in com a informação que estariam efetuando a limpeza. Ao chegar no quarto para surpresa e decepção o quarto estava extremamente sujo, apenas com a troca das roupas das camas e o banheiro sem indicio de limpeza a meses, muitoooooooooooooo sujo, limo e mofo por todos os cantos e paredes.

O hotel é bem legal, bem localizado. Na ocasião além do café da manhã também ofereciam caldos à noite. As refeições de qualidade. Ficamos confortável, porém algumas coisas deixaram a desejar. O chuveiro desarmava muito e o vaso sanitário não tinha assento.

Minha estadia no Hotel Metrópole

Foi uma boa experiência, porém não tinha serviço de quarto mais nao fez diferença pois consumimos apenas água que pegávamos no retorno dos passeios, o elevador tem uma escada até chegar a ele o que dicultou um pouco pois tenho lesão no joelho. Fora isso as atendentes são maravilhosas, recepção boa e ambiente familiar .
