Ok

Mattress wa split with a deep line in the middle so we cannot sleep straight. Otherwise the service was great. But no daily cleaning.

Precisam ser mais rápido para resolver as coisas para o cliente,demoraram muito para me trocar de quarto,o chuveiro parou de funcionar mandaram 3 pessoas que olhararam a mesma coisa no chuveiro não teve como resolver,me disseram que a gerente ia subir pra conversar comigo porque não era o caso de trocar de quarto a mesma não apareceu ,tive que descer as escadas pois o elevador estava com defeito pra pedir uma posição, depois de muito esperar me trocaram de quarto,tenho problema de circulação foi muito cansativo essa situação.

Pessima Experiencia. Hotel so tem de bom o atendimento dos funcionarios, fora isso, tudo e Pessimo. Estacionamento não é no hotel, fica na outra rua e voce vem com as malas puxando de uma rua a outra porque em frente ao hotel não pode estacionar. Ah o estacionamento é Pago! O quarto, assim que entrei, o cheiro de mofo insuportavel. Quando olhei para cama, os lençõis sujos. O banheiro, sem toalhas tive que descer para pedi, e vieram sujas e rasgadas. Solicitei a troca do quarto. É tudo igua! As paredes cheias de buracos. As cortinas que estava pendurada, estava imunda. Infelismente fiquei uma noite pq cheguei tarde e tive medo de andar em bh para procurar outro. O cafe da manha, nem tomei, quando me deparei com a torradeira e a vasilha dos ovos em pessimo estado. A vasilha com a granola estava cheia de formigas. Enfim, uma terrivel noite!

Uma experiência bem razoável

O hotel fica bem localizado, o atendimento foi razoável, entretanto, as instalações do hotel não atenderam as nossas expectativas, a porta de correr que havia no banheiro estava completamente solta, a luz do quarto ficando piscando e quando ligamos pedindo para alguém consertar, a resposta que tivemos era de que não havia ninguém disponível para consertar e não havia quartos disponíveis para trocar. É uma estrutura antiga, então tinha a aparência de velho. O café da manhã conta com uma boa variedade e a noite havia a cortesia de oferecer caldos.
