The hotel is very unprofessional! I arrived late for the check in and they didn’t have rooms available, then I asked for a refund but they didn’t accept. Poor management and weak customer service.

A acomodação era espaçosa e nem iluminada e arejada, com vista lateral da lagoa. A equipe muito educada e disponível, sempre simpáticos, receptivos e acessíveis. Parabéns! No entanto, no quarto haviam resquícios dos últimos hóspedes, como sabonetes usados e um aparelho de barbear feminino, no box. Uma pena. De modo geral, um bom hotel.

Não limparam meu quarto de um dia para o outro mesmo eu deixando uma placa na maçaneta da porta. A chave magnética deu problema no hotel todo e toda vez para entrar no quarto tinha que pedir para um funcionário da recepção para abrir a porta do quarto.

Achei no geral ok para o propósito da minha viagem que era mais conhecer BH. Porém o conforto do quarto em si não foi legal por conta da cama que era de casal grande bipartida e os dois colchões não se união, provocando uma divisão no meio muito desconfortável, não sei se todos os quartos tem essa cama, mas eu fiquei no 310, então se for de casal um tem que ficar numa ponta da cama e outro na outra. Outro desconforto foi a água quente, que tem aqueles dois registros de água fria e água quente que você controla, quando você ajusta e aguarda uns minutos para a agua ficar no seu conforto e inicia o banho, ai do nada (do nada mesmo), vem uma enxurrada a de água ou muito gelada ou muito quente fervendo. O ar condicionado desse quarto é péssimo, não contém com ele, o frigobar também não geladeira. Sobre o café da manhã, que escolhi o hotel por conta dessa avaliação, é o basico mesmo, como sugestão seria colocar mais alguma fruta além mamão (melao, maçã). Como ponto positivo são os funcionários, principalmente o atendimento da recepção, os meninos são muito legais.

Ao chegar tivemso que esperar meiam hora para fazer o check in pois disseram que o que nao havia quarto liberado. Ao chegar no estacionamento aa roupas de cama e banho estavam sendo separadas no chao do estacionamento. O piornfoi ao chegar no quarto. Lençois rasgados, base da cama extremamente suja. Nao recomendo. E olha que foi uma estadia p comemorar aniversário de casamento.

Quarto limpo. Toalhas e roupas de cama limpas. Porém ficamos hospedados no quarto do térreo 104, ele dava costas para a área de café da manhã antes das 6h já estavam organizando o café muito barulhento, acordamos e não conseguimos mais dormir, pois daí até as 10 e pouco foi um barulho terrível, televisão, pessoas passando, conversando, rindo, não foi confortável. A cama era separada no meio, oque unia ela era somente o lençol e cobertor que ficava em cima, fiquei com dor nas costas.
