Welcome to the Smokestack River House!

This luxury riverfront property boasts panoramic views of the Deschutes River and the Old Mill District. Step out to the river trail/bike path for a short walk or ride to the shops at the Old Mill and the Les Schwab amphitheater or simply enjoy the scenic trail along the river.

This three story home features upscale furnishings, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen featuring stainless appliances, a gas fireplace in the living room, and a beautiful patio equipped with seating and a BBQ so you can enjoy dinner in the heart of Bend with a beautiful view of the river.

The Smokestack River House has three suites, three bathrooms and can sleep up to 6 guests, making it the perfect location for couples or even groups to come and stay! One suite is located on the lower level with its own private TV room, wet bar and riverfront patio. The master suite with a gloriously large bathroom and second guest suite are located on the upper level.

Grab a kayak, paddle board or inner tube and step right outside to float the river or hop on a cruiser bike and ride through the beautiful Old Mill District neighborhoods. Downtown Bend filled with its many shops, restaurants, and breweries is also just a short bike ride or drive away.

If you prefer to get out of town and into nature, the Mount Bachelor Ski Resort is an easy 25 minute drive from Bend. This mountain is a blast, with a wide variety of biking trails in the warmer seasons and skiing or snowboarding options in the winter, Mount Bachelor is a highly enjoyable destination.
