Classic 2-kerroksinen bungalow, jossa on suuri yksityinen piha.

Kotona on suuri master sviitti yläkerrassa queen-size-vuode, kevyt ja kirkas kattoikkunat.

Alakerrassa on toinen makuuhuone, jossa on queen-size-vuode ja kolmas makuuhuone parivuoteella. Myös rakennettu sohva yläkerrassa täydellinen lounging päivän aikana tai voidaan korvata ylimääräinen vieras.

Olohuoneessa on suuri, mukava keskiaikainen sohva ja 2 tuolia, jotka ympäröivät Jotul-kaasuliesi. Taulutelevisio on asennettu seinään laskeutumaan myöhemmin päivällä.

Ruokasali on suuri pöytä, joka istuu 6 perheen ja ystävien nauttia kotiruokaa aterioita.

Ulkona, suuri kannen ominaisuuksia rakennettu kannen istuimet ja kannettava pöytä perustaa ulkona dining kokemus. Weber BBQ ja makuuasentoa lepotuoleja tarjotaan. Pihalla on lila- ja vaahterapuita, laventeli, kuusipuita, tamarakkaa, paperi koivua, kalliotapaa, manzanita-pensaita ja on miellyttävän rentouttava ympäristö ajastasi pois poluilta.

Kun olet viihtynyt ja viihtyisä päivittäinen koti, jätä autosi pysäköidä ja kävellä 4 korttelin päässä jalankulkijan jalankulkuneuvoon, joka kulkee Deschutes-joen läpi Drake Parkiin ja Bendin keskustaan. Milwaukee-talo on vain 1/2 korttelin päässä Newportin ja Newportin ostosalueelle mukaan lukien kaksi Bendin parhaista kahvipisteistä: Nancy P's Baking Company ja Backporch Coffee Roasters. Jotkut Bendin parhaista ravintoloista ovat Newport Ave, vain korttelin päässä.

Guest must sign the renter agreement within 48 hours of booking. Security deposit of $200 will be collected before stay. Minimum age to rent is 18.

Great location with everything in walking distance. Property is very well maintained. Only thing negative I have to say is the downstairs floors were squeaky when being walked on. BUT, still would not deter me nor should deter anyone from booking here. Hosts were communicative and polite.

What a great place

We had a great stay here, house was clean and had everything needed. The location was perfect, grocery store right across the street, coffee shop and spork (some of the best food in town). Host was very responsive when we had an issue and remedied it quickly. Would stay here again and recommend to others (kids friendly)!

Peanut Butter Pie

Loved this bungalow and the neighborhood, and the skiing, and the restaurants, and the bakery with the art, and the PEANUT BUTTER PIE at Deschutes Brewery downtown, and the instant warmth of the stove in the living room. Even my teen kids loved it. Had a brief snafu with entrance code, but Renee and Dylan returned my call in moments. The only hiccup in a really great week in Bend. Looking forward to spending some time in Bend in the summer.

Nice cottage in Bend!

We stayed a few nights in Bend, the cottage fit our family of 5 comfortably. The front of the house does look different than shown, the stairs are not blue and bushes are overgrown. Wasn’t sure if at correct place at first. Host was very responsive and quick to fix checkin technical issues. Overall, nice place and bikes were an added bonus. We used them a few times to get around town. Lovely bakery across the street, and market within walking distance.

Wonderful Place in Bend!

We loved our time here. Walkable, proximate to a local market and bakery/coffee shop. Daily walks over to Old Bend and the Deschutes River Trail. The house was perfect for our family of four. Plenty of space. Kids loved seeing the blue birds each morning while eating breakfast on outdoor eating space/deck. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals each day. Laundry room has all we needed. Will definitely return at some point!

Great location

This is a cute house that was perfect for our family. We did not have little kids or elderly. The upstairs bedroom has steep stairs, so something to consider for anyone with mobility issues. Although there was sleeping space for more than our 5, that would be challenging with only one bathroom. The floors creak with walking, as expected for the year of the home, but somethong to consider if some of your group are up throughout the night and others are trying to sleep. That said, we give this home 5 stars for our stay. We loved the character of the home. We appreciated the cleanliness, quality of bed linens, and the privacy curtains throughout. If we would have stayed another night we would have definitely used the deck, grill, and backyard. The central location with walking distance to Old Bend and river path can't be beat. The beds were comfortable and the dining room was great for games. We really enjoyed having the cafe/bakery so close to walk for morning coffee and breakfast. We would highly recommend and plan to stay again.

Great place to use as a basecamp for Bend activities

Enjoyed our stay on this quiet street in Bend. Across the street is a great cafe for coffee and pastries. Across from that, a grocery store. If you're itching to explore the downtown area, it's a short 10-min walk. Mt. Bachelor is 30-minutes out. Property manager was responsive to questions. The home is well stocked with supplies. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again for our next visit.

Adorable House/Perfect location

This was a really fun find! Across the street from Nancy P's Bakery and an incredible grocery store! We ate at Spork (so good!) and many other nearby restaurants. The BIKES! So nice. Simple and well maintained. We will rent there again!

Nice small house close to downtown

This is a vintage (in every sense of the word) house close to downtown Bend. The location was fantastic, both for walking, as well as driving to Mt. Bachelor, Sisters, or the SnoParks. The house was small, but it doesn't pretend to be big and the hosts give great instructions for making it safe and enjoyable for kids (we had a 2.5 yr old and an almost 5 yr old). Our biggest issue was with the kitchen/cooking. We're not used to non-stick cookware and that's all that was there. That was easily and quickly remedied, but the smoke alarms went off whenever anything was cooked. That was frustrating. But overall, a nice house, a very accurate listing, and a great stay in Bend.

Amazing location, adorable house, well managed

We loved our stay in Bend, OR, despite the intense wildfires and smoke that have inundated Oregon late this summer. We booked this place because of it's location between a few great hikes (Smith Rock, Crater Lake, Paulina Peak). The drive to each of these from this home were great and gave us a chance to do sunrise hikes and hike from about 7am-7pm. This house is the perfect size for a small group and a perfect location! There are great restaurants, parks, and shopping within walking distance. The house had everything we needed with an abundance of extra blankets and pillows. There were even a number of fans and heaters in case you run cold or hot. Easily the best part of our stay were the deer!! There was a big buck who hung around a bit in the front and backyard, plus two does and two fawns! I don't know if they are around all the time, but it was STUNNING to look out the window and seem them alertly listen to noises nearby and lay around. We would absolutely stay again when we come back to Bend to make up the hikes we missed due to the fires.

Superb, simple space

Beautiful cottage home that has all you need for groups of 3-7(of couples). Rooms are comfortable; kitchen is in great shape and easy to use; simple lounge area and nice dining table. Backyard is a great place to lay out and the back deck makes for a great Sunday night bbq. Bikes in the garage if you want to stroll through town. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax in between the countless activities available in town and beyond. Owner was very helpful and easy to work with. Hope to go back!
