The Space:

Your very own private cottage overlooking the river awaits you when you book condo 257 Juniper Twist. Access the condo through your private entrance and immediately be greeted by the panoramic view of the majestic rapids of the Deschutes River!



One of the most rustic condos in our rental pool, you will truly be getting the "Bend experience" here! The condo is furnished with custom built wood furnishings, including everything from the bed frame to the dining room table! 



This adorable cottage features a comfy queen sized bed for a luxurious nights rest. The bed sits up a little higher because of the convenient storage drawers underneath so feel free to overpack and bring along your feather boas and collection of onesies if that's your thing because we have the storage space to accommodate! Crack the windows as you drift off to sleep listening to the calming river music. It truly is nature's sound machine!



There is a kitchenette with plenty of dishware as well as a hot pad, microwave, stainless steel fridge/freezer combo and a clothing washer! While you do a load of laundry, cook up some of your favorite meals and enjoy them in front of the best view in town, right out your window! It should also be noted that the large window in this condo has a privacy tint so even though you can see everything that's going on outside, rest assured that the outside cannot see everything that's going on inside!



If you're still not impressed, get a load of the bathroom! It is basically one giant shower room so feel free to splash around all you like! There is a sheek frosted glass door, a lighted magnifying mirror built into the regular mirror and plenty of built-in storage space for you to bring along all of your toiletries and beauty essentials! 



This particular cottage has one of the best views on property. The spillway is directly out your window and hearing the rushing river is both peaceful and invigorating at the same time. You will be only a short walk from downtown by way of clearly marked walking paths right outside. Pack your water wings because an indoor pool is on site for you to use at your leisure. With a secure keyless entry system your arrival will be seamless and stress free as you independently check yourself into your new oasis for the next few days. Guest Access:

The studio cottage comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. There is a laundry room on the property, which is open from 9am-10pm daily, same goes as the pool.

Getting Around:

You are on the edge of downtown Bend, so once you get here you don't necessarily need to use your car. Everything you need is in walking distance.



Other Things to Note:

This is a studio cottage in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility.



This condo is pet-friendly. There will be an additional pet fee of $69, limit of 2 pets for this unit.



The studio cottage comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.

Bend Riverside Rentals manages more than 40 privately owned riverfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.
