We had an excellent stay at this property. The staff and the manager were wonderful to deal with. The property is a bit older, but has had some tasteful renovations done in the rooms. The bathroom is fully renovated with a large walk-in shower and everything was spotless clean - we will definitely stay here again.

I really enjoyed my stay at this motel. I know others have complained about the traffic noise, but I did not find it a problem. You can only hear it if you concentrate on listening out for it. The room was comfortable and clean with all the necessary amenities. I particularly liked the movable and adjustable reading light, which meant I could comfortably read in bed. This is not the case in many motels. I will definitely stay there again when I go to Bendigo.

The owners couldn’t do enough to make our stay at the property memorable. They suggested places to eat , day trips to take The unit was always neat @ clean , tea , coffee and biscuits replaced daily for our convenience. We would both stay there again on our next visit to Bendigo .

Comfortable overnight stay

Welcoming and friendly staff on arrival, smallish room with older bathroom fixtures but very clean and all you need for a short stay. Walked to Golden Point swimming pool and later to Golden Square Hotel for dinner , both only a 5 min walk and both recommended.
