Ground floor: living/dining room (fireplace, telephone), kitchen, shower room, toilet, storage room. First floor: bathroom/toilet, 4 bedrooms (1 double bed in each). Wi-Fi. Enclosed landscaped garden of [hidden] m² (garden furniture, barbecue, electric griddle), ping-pong table, pétanque court. Rowboat available, fishing on site. Bicycles for hire. Optional extras:
End-of-stay cleaning: €65/stay (for companies: €80/stay); Bed linen rental (1 or 2 people): €12/bed/stay; Towel rental: €8/person/stay.
Additional charges: Tourist tax. Electric heating: meter reading (minus 8 kWh per day for standard consumption) - The owner provides firewood (recommended price based on €50 to €70 per stere). The first fire is free, then €5 per wheelbarrow: payable on site.
