One of the worst Taj properties. Service sub par compared to other Taj. This year We stayed in multiple Taj properties and found Taj Bangalore to be worst quality, service and lacks character. Staff does not care much. Not per Taj standard.

Poor service but a lovely hotel

It's a lovely hotel, but there were two issues. Firstly, the noise of I believe the construction lorry driving past the hotel with loud beeping noises and megaphone voice, EVERY 20 minutes throughout the night. We did not complain as we were only staying two nights, but the hotel should be aware and resolve. Secondly, we were offered a complimentary fruit platter which was a derisory 3 apples on a plate, quite mean I thought. And when I complained, the hotel staff did nothing.....nothing. I gave her back the pitiful effort and she did nothing! Your service is poor

Hotel was lovely. Buffet breakfast was great! But the hotel is huge, very poor signage to find your rooms. Turns out there are two wings to the hotel. If you are in the wrong wing, no way to know how to get to the other one! Also, if you need to get to terminal 2, a taxi is your best option.

We are frequent travelers to the Taj and the proximity to the airport is excellent. Good points are the service and staff is excellent. The room is clean and comfortable. Only on this stay the room we had been given originally had some electrical issues with AC too cold, water hot and cold alternately, phone not working ok. The staff moved us immediately to a new room which was excellent. The manager was excellent and responsive.

Excellent hospitality. They even upgraded us to a taj club room which had many free dining options as well. Very convenient to airport. They also help you to reach checkin counter with all your luggages.
