Good clean spacious rooms, fairly new hotel, helpful reception staff, excellent
The staff in the hotel are all very polite but this hotel is not worth the money and if you take aside the fact it is overpriced, I would not recommend to anyone to stay here and you can probably get better options elsewhere.
- The Wi-Fi is terrible here, I was the third person to seek assistance about the Wi-Fi in one day. It is quite slow and disconnects often.
- The breakfast could be better, it is pretty basic. They should have more varies options for a hotel in a rich city lile Bangalore.
- Uber drivers will not come to the hotel's entrance, The hotel is not well signposted, I had to continually tell the Uber drivers to drive to Hotel Hoysala (which is right next to it).
- There were no batteries in the remote that controls the channels, I had to ask three staff members over 2 days to get this resolved.
- Once the remote issue was resolved, it was disappointing to see that customers have to oah for channels (the free ones were extremely limited and would be of no interest to a foreigner).
- The lift will take you to different floors regardless of whether you have a keycard. They have a keycard in the lift but this serves no purpose.
The room cleaning staff are lovely and do a fantastic job. The room itself was good but these other things are a let down which impacts the customer experience.
