We found the property easily and check-in was straight forward, the property is well located and quiet at night. Parking is very convenient. The downside was that we stayed for 4 nights but the very small towels that we were provided with on arrival were never changed and a lack of sun loungers around the pool.

Great holiday.

Laundry service was great. Parking was a little confusing but got there in the end. Staff faultless very helpful. Would highly recommend these apartments to family and friends and will be back again.

I stayed here as a solo traveller for 4 nights and found it to be ideally located with everything i needed. The communication throughout the booking and during my stay was Excellent, very easy and very effortless. The apartment was very spacious and had everything you ever need. I would also like to say a big thanks for allowing me to enter the apartment early without charge this was very much appreciated after a long travel I will definitely look to book here again next year

Collection of keys was very easy, apartment was modern and clean,WiFi was good, the apartment block was very quiet but only 5 minutes walk to lots of bars and 2 minutes to supermarket.

Easily walkable to all the major parts of Benidorm. Ideal for 3 or 4 people but would be extremely cosy for 6 people to stay. Plenty of supermarkets, bars & restaurants within a 5 min walk. Nice pool & seating area available on site. Highly recommended

The place was dated and vey bland. No beds round pool. Nousy at night from bars and drunks. Deposit raken immediately but awaiting return still 5 days later. Not recommended to stay here

Great location, great value

We had a week here and enjoyed the apartment, it’s got great views. The beds were comfortable, as was the sofa in the lounge. The TV is tuned to a UK channel. The kitchen was functional, everything had to be cooked in a frying pan. There’s a nice fridge freezer there and the washing machine was a bonus. We got the free parking in the basement garage which was a huge bonus! Around the pool there are some sun beds there now. The pool was clean. Location wise it’s a short walk to the beach. Across the road there’s a good place for English food (living in France we enjoyed some English food). The best bonus it’s just around the corner from the soul bar, which super friendly and welcoming. We will stay again as it’s dog friendly and the parking was free

The apartment could do with updating but there is everything you need and ladies in office are excellent. Apartment could do with loungers to take to pool or seats. You are right in the middle of everything, so not long to walk to all areas.

The apartment was really clean and had everything i needed, spacious bedroom with a large wardrobe and ample drawers, no aircon in the bedroom was a bit disappointing. There is a safe in the wardrobe which is free.The kitchen area is only small but again had everything i needed, kettle, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster, oven and hob. The lounge area is again spacious and has a sofa bed. The aircon unit was in here but wasnt very powerful to be fair, i think it needs upgrading, the whole apartment could do with a refurb but like i said it is clean, so for the money was overall very good.

We would be happy to stay again.

Excellent apartment and location. Had everything you need/only a few minutes from the Strip and the beach.The pool area is large and gets the sun from dawn till dusk.We didn't see a fly inside or out or get bitten by anything. They didn't say there are no sunbeds on site.I think the apartments are part holiday lets/residential and the community I am told voted against them.There are a few benches but we had to buy a lilo. You have to check-in and pay a damage deposit online using a link, at first I thought this could be a scam but was genuine. There is no reception but an office just a few doors away which has limited hours. We would be happy to stay again.

First time we have stayed at these apartments. We chose them because of the good reviews and I must admit the good reviews were deserved. Good location for both the new town and the old town. Close to the strip, but not too close that you can hear the noise. The office staff were friendly and helpful. Air Con, free WiFi and the free use of a safe in the apartment was the icing on the cake. Will stay at these apartments again.
