Perfect location, Apartment needs a refurb

First of all, we did have a fabulous holiday but that was more down to the region and people than the apartment and service. To be fare the apartment had everything that it said it had but it is in dire need of a makeover. If you are going to rent this apartment please be aware that you have to collect the keys from the agent which is nowhere near the apartment, if you do not have transport you will need to get a taxi. Also there were three of us and we were only given one key which created its own problems. Please also note that there are no lifts so you need your energetic legs for the stairs which was actually very good for us. There is a plug in wifi but the reception is not brilliant. There is aircon and it does work but it looks like its been through a war zone. I love this part of Benidorm and will definitley stay in this area again but not this apartment.

Appartement trés bien situé

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour à Benidorm où l'on a pu profiter de la plage et se baigner aux vacances de toussaint. Appartement à quelques pas de la plage (30 m) et très bien pour 3 personnes. Petit bémol, que des chaines TV espagnoles . Notre petit chien a pu profiter des vacances grâce aux propriétaires qui acceptent les animaux. Un plus : le parking privé car l'été ce doit être indispensable !
