Welcome to Casa Dulce Ocio, a charming Spanish villa located in the beautiful Benissa-Costa, perfect for a relaxing holiday with family or friends. This 4-bedroom, 2,5-bathroom home accommodates up to 8 guests and offers a delightful blend of comfort, privacy, and Mediterranean style. Located just a 7-minute drive from the nearest beach and supermarket, and only 15 minutes from the vibrant town of Moraira, the villa offers easy access to all the essentials while maintaining a peaceful and private atmosphere.



As you arrive, enter through the private driveway and follow the steps up to the inviting pool area. The 8x4-meter pool is surrounded by sunbeds and a dining space, making it the ideal spot to lounge in the sun, enjoy meals al fresco, and take in the scenic views over the valley. In addition, the pool can be heated upon request, see conditions below. A few more steps lead you to another outdoor dining area, equipped with a gas barbecue for grilling up delicious meals under the Spanish sky.



Inside, the villa's main level opens into a dining area that flows into the cozy living room, featuring several seatings, a Smart TV for entertainment, and air conditioning for comfort. The adjacent kitchen is equipped with amenities including a fridge, freezer, oven, gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and both a Dolce Gusto and filter coffee machine—perfect for preparing meals and snacks.



The villa's layout offers flexibility with bedrooms on both levels. On the lower floor, you'll find two bedrooms, each furnished with two single beds, wardrobe space, and ceiling fans (no air conditioning). These bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. The upper floor, accessible via an internal staircase, has two additional bedrooms. Each room features two single beds and storage space. One bedroom is equipped with air conditioning and an ensuite bathroom with a shower/bath combination, sink, and toilet, while the second bedroom includes an ensuite toilet (no shower) and a ceiling fan.



For your convenience, Casa Dulce Ocio provides free Wi-Fi throughout the villa and a washing machine to keep your belongings fresh during your stay.

Please note:

1: Smoking is not allowed.

2: One (1) well-behaved pet is allowed. Additional fee: €50.

3: The maximum number of tenants is strictly limited to 8 persons; exceeding this number is not permitted.

4: The villa is located in a residential area. Parties and excessive noise after 22:00 are prohibited at all times.

5: You rent a private accommodation. Toilet paper and soap are provided upon arrival, but you must restock them yourself.



Important information:

The pool can be heated on request from April 1 to November 1. The costs are €25 per day and start from the day we turn on the pump.
