This four bedroom detached villa. Beautiful private pool with large pool-side terrace area for eight sun loungers, A separate spacious dinning al-fresco area and BBQ. All looking over the first tee of the local golf course.
This practical and value for money villa is also suitable for two families or for the grand parents, this is achieved due to the villa being arranged over two levels. See photos.
The first level being the main living areas has a comfortable lounge , open plan kitchen and a separate dinning room. There are two bedrooms on this level, both with air-con, consisting in a double bedroom and also a twin bedroom. The bathroom is positioned between the two bedrooms and consists of wc, hand basin & bath with shower attatchement. The remaining area on this level is the villas main dinning room.
Below the main accommodation, with its own secure entrance door, also has a smaller lounge with open plan kitchen, plus two further bedrooms, again, a double and a twin, again, both with air-con, making this delightful villa a eight bed villa, with no sofa beds.
Excelent value for money, provides a good standard of accommodation, providing you with everything you would require for your holiday stay. Located just two miles from Moraira, six miles from Calpe and eight miles from Javea beaches. The local supermarket Pepe's, is about half mile down hill from the villa, but the road is about a 10% incline / although not essential, a rental car would be highly / strongly recommended.
Although this spacious detatched villa which is located in a quiet residential area, is not suitable to gusts with disabilities or sadly young children, this is due to the steep steps up to the villa and down to the swimming pool and terrace's.
