The carpeting In the And elevator areas needed cleaning. The bed was not made very well. The shower got you wet but lacked Force. And don't get me started on the luggage carts. They were hideous every one of them needed to repair. We expected a lot more from the hotel with such a high rating. The rooms were also very small.

The wind howled most of the night through our door. I’m assuming someone had their window open. When we opened our door it would stop. As soon as we closed the door the wind howling would start again. Very loud. We tried putting a towel against the crack under the door it helped a little. Early morning I wet the towel a little and tucked it in tight under the door and finally it stopped.

Every employee that we had contact with was friendly and helpful when needed.The property was well taken care of. Breakfast of eggs and sausage tasty. We did not like the fact that the sheets on our bed were not the correct size for the bed and would not stay in place.
