Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offer you this ground-floor apartment for rent in Bénodet, overlooking the Odet estuary and 50 meters from the large Trez beach. This 41 m² apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. It comprises a 20 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a bathroom, and a 12 m² garden with a shared swimming pool. We're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 20 m² living room with sofas (2 extra berths), TV, dining area and access to the terrace
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave oven, nespresso, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 2: bunk bed (sleeps 2)
- Bathroom with shower and WC
- Bathroom with bathtub
Outside :
- A shared swimming pool belonging to the residence, open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. from April to late September (heated only from late May to mid-September).
Safety features include a cover and childproof gate.
- A 6m² terrace and a small garden with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The residence's flower-filled garden gives access to the gate leading to the beach and the pleasant promenade along the Odet estuary.
The apartment is ideally located in Bénodet, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from all the essential stores nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities :
Many walks are accessible from the residence. You can walk to the Pointe Saint-Gilles for a pleasant walk in the fresh air, or to the Bénodet marina on the other side.
The residence, located opposite the UCPA, is the perfect base for water sports, sailing and windsurfing. Just a few minutes' walk away, you can reach the landing stage for the crossing to the Iles Glénans, or the trip up the Odet river to Quimper. You can also rent a paddle or sea kayak to sail on the Odet. The pedestrian ferry makes it easy to reach the charming port of Sainte Marine.
Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the parking space reserved for the apartment.
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Quimper station is 20 km away.
- Nearest airport: Brest airport is 90 km away.

- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Rates are given as an indication and are subject to change by our partner.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrivals or departures outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
- Swimming pool: All children's swimming is under the responsibility of a parent. Opening dates non-contractual and subject to weather conditions.
