Best location but outdated rooms

This classic hotel has the best location for sure. Also they deliver a nice experience on the weekends with music and sparkling wine in the lounge. Sparking cleanliness and great pool as well with fair preces at the poor bar. Breakfast is huge and overall good but many goodies are not fresh. However, nothing justifies so outdated hotel room in southern Brazil where any simpler chain is highly designed and modern. Especially paying about a two hundred US dollars a night.

Pessima experiencia

Pessima experiencia! Hotel super velho e extretente over-priced! Infelizmente minhas ferias coincidiram com final de semana do dia dos namorados! As diarias foram pelo menos 3x maiores do que o hotel ofereciam. O cafe da manh estava extremamente cheio. Apesar de mascaras e luvas, nao tinha como manter o distanciamento. Nao recomendo e nao ficaria no hotel novamente

Nice hotel in a great area!

Very classy hotel...was greeted with easy check-in and a glass of an excellent, locally-produced sparkling wine! Superb staff! Breakfast was perhaps one of the best I've seen in my travels...with a large selection of items. Hot items were actually kept hot! WIFI was strong, and free! I found a large selection of places to eat within easy walking distance. My only negative observation was that the walls were a little too thin, and noisy neighbors made for a long night!

Banheiro entupido, não queriam trocar o quarto

Hotel grande e velho, poucos elevadores, meu banheiro estava entupido, demoraram uma hora para a manutenção vir desentupir, chegaram com um cachorro junto(sim não dá pra acreditar) o cachorro entrou no meu quarto, os desentupidores sujaram todo o banheiro e não conseguiram desentupir, um horror. Minha esposa queria trocar de hotel, eu fui à recepção eles não queriam trocar de quarto, estávamos com outro casal de amigos e por isso eu exigi outro quarto mas foi bem difícil. Eu não recomendo este hotel.

Muy caro por lo que brinda, y el estado del hotel

No me gusto lá Recepcion, no me dejaron entrar al cuarto hasta las 14, viaje desde muy lejos, podiam tener una flexibilidade de 1 o 2 hs, el hotel es antiguidade, la cama sin cubre colchon, el desayuno tiene variedad y poca calidad,. Una cosa muy importante que destaco que no me gustó, es que unos amigos pasaron por el hotel y preguntaron si yo estaba, y le dieron mi nombre y apellido y número de cuarto sin consultarme previamente, eso es violar la privacidad, peligroso! Muy caro para lo que ofrece! Y mucha gente de eventos que no respetan al turista, mucho barullo en los corredores !
